Extremely well written, with excellent plot twists. Technologically sophisticated, with characters that are very sympathetic and relatable. Thoroughly riveting and enjoyable!

Crisp. Fast-paced. Well-written. This novel made me want to own a LunaScoota of my very own and ponder over what it means to be human at the same time. With vivid descriptions that dance right off the pages and draw you into the world of this tale and with a cast of believable characters, led by the ultra-raw and vulnerable Kate Braddock, Echoes In The Grey will please fans of Science Fiction and fans of a great story alike. If you aren't already swept up in the magic of The Ross 128 Trilogy, you'd better get started.

What Readers Are Saying
About The Ross 128 Trilogy

This is indeed a great first contact book. Very interesting characters and a very believable scenario. Add in a future fragmented United States with an active cold war between the parts and you have the makings of a great story. The author does not disappoint. The book is very hard to put down.

Couldn't put this book down!
The first book was good...but this one was fantastic!! It shows we humans in our best and worse.....more please...

Like all good science fiction, you clearly see the issues of the day projected into a technologically advanced future. Books like Foundation and Forever War are classic examples. David Allan Hamilton very skillfully weaves a plausible sci fi narrative with an interesting projection of where America’s turmoil may lead us. The book recognizes the seeds that are already in place.

I highly recommend this follow-up to the 1st book (Crying of Ross 128) about first contact.
The author moves the setting to the moon where two technicians discover an alien vessel hiding beneath the Luna soil. Their attempts to establish contact with the aliens is hampered by their own fight for survival in the harsh lunar climate as well as corporate greed disguised as a rescue mission. Well done.
